Everyone has the right to equal access
Please report any accessibility barriers you encounter when you use our site.
We are committed to making our website accessible to all including individuals with disabilities who use assistive technologies to get information. To help customers with disabilities in managing their services online, our website has been modified to meet standards Level A of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at minimum, and Level AA where technology allows.
Many documents on this site are in Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF) to maintain their original format. Additionally, PDF documents found on our page provided for public viewing may also require Acrobat Reader software. You may need to download and install the free Acrobat Reader software to view PDF documents. Because visitors using screen readers and other assistive technologies may have difficulty accessing PDF documents, we have made these documents also available in alternative formats such as Microsoft Word, HTML, text, or Braille.
Note: Our website links to certain third-party sites that may not be accessible to all users. We are not responsible for the content of linked third-party sites or third-party advertisements, and we do not make any representations regarding their content, accuracy, or accessibility.
Note: The website includes videos available through the California Electric Utilities. We are updating these videos over time to align to WCAG standards.

emPOWER promotes an extensive list of programs that prioritize giving support to low-income and marginalized communities across Southern California hurt most by toxic environments and a lack of economic opportunity.
emPOWER Gateway is a partnership between the Gateway Cities Council of Governments, Valley CAN’s emPOWER program and community-based organizations who will serve as paid partners to build trust in neighborhoods that have grown skeptical of similar programs. Funding for emPOWER Gateway is provided by Southern California Edison (SCE) and Southern California Renewable Energy Network (SoCal REN).
