1. Proof of Income The first two pages of your most recent 1045 tax form (If you do not have a tax form: bring other proof of income documents such as pay stubs, a Tax Transcript, an SSI award letter, Unemployment award letter, Public Assistance or Welfare award letter, etc. )
2. Driver’s License CADL or AB 60 License (If the address on your DL does not match your current address, please bring a secondary document for proof of address)
3. SCE Electric Bill
